SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT - companies according to the rules of the venture capital world. Together with co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets.

We are currently looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer for one of our businesses - Leaply .

Leaply is an ecosystem of interconnected digital and physical products to improve the quality of life.

What you need to know about the business:

1. Markets of presence: USA, Canada, Great Britain, Australia, New Zealand.
2. Products:
   —we develop an application for building habits;
   is a brand of dietary supplements for improving performance and improving general well-being.
3. Monetization:
   — in the digital direction — subscription model;
   - on the physical side - subscription and transaction models.
4. Engagement channels: Meta (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), Google, referral program.
5. Stage: positive unit economics already built, active scaling - revenue growth of almost 10 times by the end of this year.

Team:

1. Launching already the third business together and has experience of successful exits.
2. Has unique knowledge of the market, which increases the chances of success - is not the first time working with this business model and has already made products for this audience.
3. Main values: directness and frankness in communication, speed of decision-making, aggressive and ambitious goals.

For successful scaling, we are looking for a second Full-Stack Engineer in the team, who will help with the development of current products and write several new ones from scratch, make decisions about the architecture and technology stack , and will affect all business decisions.

What challenges await you:

1. Marketing zone:
   — Build a system for personalizing advertising funnels for the interests and characteristics of each user.
   — Integrate and configure decision-making automation systems in marketing: automatic creation of advertisements, budget management, etc.
   — Creation of high performance marketing landing pages, quizzes, funnels.
2. Tech zone:
   — Infrastructure optimization for easy and efficient scaling.
   — Setting up monitoring systems, logging, etc.

What is important to us:

< li> Must have:
- 2+ years of React experience.
—Experience with Typescript (OOP or Functional styles).
- Experience with Node.JS.
- Infrastructure deployment experience.
1. Nice to have:
   - Experience developing a product from scratch.
   - Experience with Next, Nest.
