Lead Full Stack Developer (PHP and React) in Digicode

We’re seeking a seasoned Lead Full Stack Developer with a strong blend of technical prowess and managerial acumen, poised to tackle challenges from senior leadership. The ideal candidate boasts notable technical expertise, adeptness in leading and nurturing teams, and a strategic mindset to drive decisions aligning with company objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Lead with strong backend software development skills
• Proven prowess with PHP and React (with React Native or Next.js framework)
• Mastery of RESTful API development.
• In-depth understanding of MySQL and Redis.
• Familiarity with Kafka
• Acquaintance with TypeScript
• Fluent English

Desirable requirements:

• Node.js proficiency, especially with WebSockets.
• Experience working with unit and integration testing frameworks.
• npm package management (Private)
• Previous team/tech leading experience — Especially if you’ve successfully managed challenges and blockers for teams of 5 or more!

Functions:

1. Architect, design, and develop innovative solutions for our platform.
2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and design,
3. to ensure seamless alignment and delivery of an optimal solution.
4. Ensure code quality and maintainability by evolving architecture and tech stack, code reviews, and PR merges.
5. Act as a guiding light, addressing problems/blockers/issues for our sizable technical teams.
