Lead Frontend Developer (Angular) in Glorium Technologies

Glorium Technologies is an outsourcing company with an HQ in NJ and development centers in Ukraine, Poland, Cyprus. We were founded in 2010 and have already expanded our team to over 180 sharp-minded people. The majority of our projects are within the Healthcare and Real Estate domains.

Does this relate to you?

• 8 years of experience with Angular (2+)
• 3+ years of experience as a Team Lead
• Solid understanding of TypeScript, RxJS, JavaScript, HTML, SCSS/CSS
• Hands-on experience with making UI/UX decisions
• Experience with Angular Material and/or Kendo UI Angular for UI development
• Familiarity with mobile app development and redesign concepts
• Experience with AngularJS will be a plus
• Fast-learning, attentive to details, proactive and mature in a vision of the deliverables
• English is Upper-Intermediate
• Ability to understand and speak Ukrainian/Russian

A new team member will be in charge of:

• Lead and mentor a team of Angular developers to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Implement UI/UX decisions to enhance user experience
• Utilize Angular Material and/or Kendo UI Angular for robust UI development
• Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members
