Basic tasks:

• Support and resolve incidents by providing technical support to users using remote access tools.
• Peripheral equipment maintenance.
• PC administration.
• Local network maintenance.

• Providing consulting services to users.

• Higher education
• Knowledge of the Windows operating system family and a standard set of office software (office suite O365, etc.)
• Understanding the construction and maintenance of structured cable networks.
• Analytical mindset, self-organization, attention to detail.
• Readiness for business trips within the region.
