Leading construction supervision engineer in ATB-market

The largest national retail chain in Ukraine, ATB-MARKET, invites to work a Leading Engineer for construction supervision. Main duties: collection and analysis of data related to the repair and operation of buildings; development of technical solutions for the elimination of defects in buildings and their structural elements; trips to objects for examination, collection of initial data and formation of TOR, collection and analysis of commercial offers; preparation of tenders, contractual work with contractors; development of instructions, orders, orders and other regulatory documents regarding repairs, reconstruction and operation of objects; verification of submitted projects. Requirements: experience of working as a construction engineer from 1 year (in the field of real estate operation will be an advantage); excellent knowledge of the technology of construction production, repairs; knowledge of the regulatory framework (DBN, SNIP, DSTU, PTEES, PBE, etc.), legislation in the field of construction; in-depth knowledge of MS Excel, experience in processing large arrays of data will be an advantage; the presence of a category B driver's license.
