Lead Designer, graphic designer, manager in People for people

Hello, we are glad to see you! Our team is looking for a Graphic Designer manager. We are an outsourcing company that provides support to clients all over the world, we are waiting for you in our team! Current responsibilities: Creation and verification of banners according to TK; Creation of email layouts, templates and new graphic elements; Increasing the level of work quality within the team; Developing the design of new formats and improving current ones; Distributing the workload of designers, helping them solve tasks; Responsible for quality of all materials produced; Keep reports on designers. Requirements: Experience in graphic editors such as (Figma, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator); Good portfolio with current works; Knowledge of the necessary basics in design: composition, typography, color; Ability to work in multi-task mode, separate priority and secondary tasks; Ability to present and defend design solutions; Experience using task trackers such as ClickUp or Jira; Ability to manage a team, organize and synchronize teamwork; Experience as a team lead or group head in an agency/studio or in ed-tech.
