Lead Designer in WinTech

About the Role: We are looking for a talented and experienced Lead Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. This role focuses on both management and hands-on design work. As a Lead Designer, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of 2D and motion designers, ensuring they deliver high-quality content promptly. Additionally, you will be creating static and video content (2D graphics and motion graphics) and generating 2D graphics using AI tools. Your primary duties will include mentoring team members, driving their technical growth, overseeing the entire production process, and utilizing the latest AI technologies and tools to maximize efficiency and output quality.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 2D and motion designers, focusing on management and quality assurance;
• Create high-quality static and video content using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects;
• Generate 2D graphics using AI tools, ensuring effective prompt writing to achieve desired results;
• Apply principles of cut editing, composition, color theory, and typography to guide and evaluate design work;
• Oversee the generation of static and video materials using the latest AI tools;
• Maintain a deep understanding of the latest AI technologies and tools to ensure the team operates as effectively as possible;
• Coordinate with the creative producer to understand project briefs and ensure the team executes creative ideas effectively;
• Develop and implement new techniques and tools to enhance the team's efficiency and output quality;
• Monitor and control KPIs for the design team to ensure performance meets targets;
• Drive the technical growth of the design team through training and the adoption of new tools and techniques;
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align creative strategies with performance marketing goals and to ensure deadlines are met;

• Ensure all creative work adheres to digital marketing and advertising principles to create effective ad materials.

   

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a lead designer or in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on team management and hands-on design;
• Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects);
• Experience with AI content generation tools and prompt writing;
• Solid knowledge of cut editing principles;
• Strong understanding of composition, color theory, and typography;
• Experience in performance marketing;
• Excellent leadership and team management skills;
• Ability to oversee and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality projects;
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail;
• Ability to evaluate and enhance innovative ideas generated by the creative producer.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with additional graphic design or animation software.
• Background in performance marketing.
