We are currently looking for aLead Designer for our portfolio company TENTENS Tech. p>
TENTENS Tech is a Ukrainian IT company that develops platforms in the field of streaming and social discovery. The TENTENS Tech team has the experience of successfully launching dozens of platforms that are used by millions of people on all continents of the world (except Antarctica, so far). And the slogan We don't think limits reflects both the company's strategic thinking and the team's motivation to always race far beyond the horizon.
concepts for implementation: identities, static creatives, landing pages, presentations, videos, etc.;— Creation and implementation of creative strategies, marketing and influencer campaigns, as well as creative participation in the formation of content plans;
— Management of the creative team in-house and freelance designers and copywriters, prioritization, allocation of resources, brainstorming and ensuring the achievement of goals; indicators;
— Research of competitors and industry trends.
What is important to us:
— 2+ years of experience in a similar position;< br/>— Competent English (minimum B2);
— Interest in PR, content marketing and relevant trends;
— Excellent command of all software necessary to perform design tasks;
— Understanding of laws compositions, typography, colors and good aesthetic taste;
—Creativity and the ability to generate ideas;
—Ability to work with AI.
