  Lead Data Scientist| A Python Developer in our team will be engaged in the following tasks:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of data scientists, providing recommendations and support to ensure successful project execution and professional development;
  • Planning and allocating work in a team, monitoring execution;
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of advanced machine learning algorithms and statistical models for extracting actionable conclusions from large data sets;
  • Collaboration with business stakeholders , to understand key objectives and turn them into analytical solutions that provide measurable business value;
  • Designing and conducting experiments to test hypotheses and creating predictive algorithms;
  • Developing services on a team balance sheet in collaboration with the architect and business analysts;
  • Implementing and maintaining good software development practices, such as coding conventions and code reviews;
  • Assisting in troubleshooting and learning how to prevent their occurrence in the future;
  • Conducting knowledge tests, developing tests for self-control and for hiring needs;
  • Participating in interviews with candidates for the team, assessing the level of knowledge and expertise;

  The filter for this position will be:

  • 5 years of proven experience in a data science role with track record effectivedecisions in a fast-changing environment.
  • Be a business person, have a sense of responsibility for the entrusted sphere and treat it as one's brainchild, be demanding of the team, but fair, set goals, monitor their implementation, control the workload on people , systematically increase the level of qualifications in the team;
  • Experience in team management: work organization, motivation, maintaining discipline, delegation and performance control, feedback exchange, leadership;
  • Knowledge of probability theory and the ability to create applications based on this theory; 3+ years of hands-on experience with Python (numpy, pandas, etc.); Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling methods, and principles of experimental design;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for solving complex analytical tasks;
  • Loyalty to DevOps practices and experience in their application: development automation and quality assurance tools, monitoring, tracing and debugging;
