Our employee in this position:

• collects and analyzes business requirements from customers;
• prepares and transforms data for further use in analytics;
• creates and optimizes data models;
• develops interactive reports and dashboards in Power BI;
• administers, updates and maintains Power BI reports in an up-to-date state;
• monitors data quality and report correctness, identifies and fixes bugs;
• improves performance of models and reports;
• forms analytical conclusions and recommendations for making business decisions;
• provides consultation and analytical support to customers and business teams;
• participates in process reengineering to improve data collection and structuring;
• presents the results of analytics to customers and management;
• trains users to work with reporting and supports stakeholders;
• provides prompt provision of data and informational support of business processes.

We invite you to an interview if you have:

• deep knowledge Power BI (DAX, Power Query) - Senior level;
• confident command of Excel at the Senior level;
• hands-on experience with SQL (Strong Junior+ level);
• data modeling and optimization skills;
• data visualization and dashboard creation experience;
• ability to work with large volumes of information and data management;
• testing and quality control experience analytical solutions;
• ability to effectively interact with stakeholders and understand their needs;
• proactive position in solving business requests and "pains" of customers;
• skills in prioritizing tasks and managing one's own backlog (as well as coordinating priorities with the manager);
• ability to present work results and train users.
