Lead Business Systems Analyst in Trinetix

We are looking for an experienced Lead Business Systems Analyst who wills to apply his current knowledge and skills and is inspired to discover new technologies. You will be working with a direction that is primarily focused on high-tech developments for an US client in the consulting and financial domains. All projects are aimed at optimizing business processes, ensuring maximum efficiency in work, and helping the client to automate and improve their internal processes, which leads to increased productivity and reduced risks. Our team specializes in the use of advanced technologies and, at certain stages of project development, actively utilizes the latest advances in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML). We strive not only to meet the client's needs but also to shape future trends in the field of audit and business consulting.Your future dynamic and friendly team (25-30 people and more) consists of: Developers (Back-end and Front-end), QA Engineers, Application Architect, Technical Delivery Managers and Business Systems Analysts.Requirements:- 5+ years as a Business/System Analyst or Product Owner in IT;- Proven track record in a leadership position of at least 1 year;- Strong leadership and influencing skills, with confidence in explaining complex processes or technical details to diverse groups of people;- Ability to work with raw information to create requirements for developers;- Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills;- Ability to speak the same language with developers, designers, and business;- We're looking for someone who can see the system components, and understand data flow;- Strong desire to learn new technologies when it's needed for successful requirements development;- Experience with Agile practices, Jira, or Azure DevOps tool;- Understanding of REST API and integrations based on it;- General knowledge of web application structure and architecture types;- Basic understanding of LLM or AI in general;- Advanced English.Will be a plus:- Understanding of work specifics with customers of the American market;- Interest in the technologies and tools or relevant experience in JSON, Postman, Swagger, databases, test automation, basic coding, etc.;- Interest in the AI domain and a will to explore its capabilities.Role and responsibilities:- a team of Business Systems Analysts in the specified direction;- Close cooperation with the development and design team;- Various documentation development (User stories, nFRs, Flowcharts, Mindmaps, etc);- Close communication with customers from the stage of project kick-off to support;- Preparation and conduct of Demo meetings;- Participation in project coordination: estimation, planning, and execution control of the project;- Validation of mockups with the design team as well as Backend documentation validation;- Constant communication with the Engagement Team of the customer to formulate or specify the existing requirements;- Support and create the necessary project documentation useful for developers’ teams;- Daily Scrum meetings participation.What we offer:- Paid training programs and English language courses;- Medical insurance and sports program compensation;- PE and legal support;- Comfortable working hours;- Awesome team events and a wide variety of knowledge-sharing opportunities.
