Requirements:

- Experience from 3 years of management of a team of business analysts from 3 people, experience in close interaction with testers, coordination of their work and mentoring; The experience of introducing high -loaded projects. (preferably in different domains)
- Development of technical tasks, planning and control of the performance of projects, ensuring their timely completion.
- Detection and documentation of business requirements, formation of concepts of decisions, writing of technical documentation (BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories); introduction of best practices;
- Securitycontinuous improvement of the professional level of the team of business analysts;
- communication with interested parties, managing their expectations and reconciliation of requirements;
- presentations, coordination with clients and other participants in the project; ; Experience in other areas/domains will be an advantage (AI Ml Solutions, Fintech, E-Com, Reteil Tech, Greentech Other),
- Understanding and using management basics, including planning, delegation and control of tasks; Methodology;
