Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of backend developers.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of commercial experience in software development.
• Python Expertise: At least 3 years of commercial experience with Python.
• Framework Knowledge: Proficient in Django or an equivalent framework.
• AI Experience: Proven track record working with AI technologies.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with LangChain.
• Previous experience fine-tuning a Large Language Model (LLM) or machine learning model.
