This role demands a deep understanding of wide-ranging IT knowledge, a preference for high-load fintech/payments fintech/payments / FX / Crypto Trading solutions, and solid experience as a computer engineer. Continued hands-on expertise is expected from applicants who will stay actively engaged with programming, modern technology stacks, and the activities of the respective IT teams.Must Experience and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience),Experience in banking, finance, fintech, and high-volume applications is a big plus,Proficiency in backend technologies like Node.js, Python, or Ruby, and API integration,Front-end development skills with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks,Utilizing cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for scalable deployments,Experience with Light DB, Caching, Socket, RabbitMQ, Logging, Advanced Exception Handling as Tech Requirements,Passionate about technology and eager to learn and stretch your boundaries,Open to new approaches and new ideas,Must be a DOer, a curious learner,Good English communication skills, both spoken and written,Knowledge of Ukrainian and Russian is a big plus.What will you do?Developing and maintaining robust back-end systems for financial markets, trading platforms, crypto solutions, and financial institutions,Leveraging your knowledge of financial markets to design effective technology solutions,Scaling core banking, crypto-wallet, and payment solutions to handle high transaction volumes.
