Superpowers you have are: —3+years ofExperience: Proven experience inthe GameDev industry asaProject Manager orProducer; —Knowledge oftime-tracking and CRMsystems, delivery tools work principles (Jira, Asana, Redmine, etc.); —Advanced skills inworking with formulas, reporting, and data analysis using tools like Google Sheets/Excel; —Advanced level ofproficiency inEnglish, both inspeaking and writing; —Project Management Expertise: Knowledgeable inWBS creation, project planning, and financial management; —Time Management: Excellent time management skills for efficient task prioritization and delivery; —Risk Management: Ability toidentify and manage risks effectively for project success; —Artistic Insight: Understanding ofart pipelines and experience inthe estimation process; —Communication: Strong negotiation and communication skills for collaboration and stakeholder management; —Result-oriented mindset and readiness for long-term cooperation. You’re arockstar ifyou have: —Experience managing ateam ofmanagers orproducers; —Basic knowledge ofsoftware such asPhotoshop, 3ds Max, Maya, After Effects, etc.; —Higher education (adegree inmanagement orbusiness isaplus); —Project Management Certificates. Asapart ofRoom 8studio, you will: —Perform asaDirect Manager toArt Producer and Associate Art Producer; —Control the Art Producers team capacity based oncurrent workloads and revenue managed byeach Art Producer; —Initiate the hiring ofArt Producers incase ofcapacity lack; —Participate inthe Recruitment Process and handle technical interviews with candidates for the Art Producer position; —Educate and onboard new Art Producers and initiate organization ofeducational activities for Art Producers; —Manage the allocated team budget within the mathematical model ofthe ASL and set targets; —Overview and support projects managed bythe Art Producer’s team, collaborating with Title and Key Account Producers; —Assign and reassign projects according toArt Producer’s capacity and skills; —Provide help onestimation requests and review estimations prepared byArt Producers; —Collaborate onpitch preparation with the Engagement team; —Manage test projects and transition them toArt Producers upon successful completion.
