Requirements: Higher architectural and construction education. Relevant work experience of one year. Proficiency in software products: ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, 3D MAX + vRay, Sketch Up + vRay, Photoshop, Corel Draw; knowledge of Revit will be an advantage Direct participation in the design of general construction plans; implementation of architectural projects of various degrees of complexity Ensuring compliance with the established deadlines for the implementation of project works, as well as compliance of the adopted design decisions with current regulatory documents Quality assurance that meets the requirements of state standards and building regulations; Experience in implementing large projects of functional buildings Knowledge of modern design and construction technologies Knowledge of state building regulations DBNKnow and use software for description, regulation, optimization and management of business processes to the extent necessary for him to perform his official duties.
