We are looking for a Lead Antenna Engineer to strengthen the RnD team of one of our partners. This company is engaged in the creation of devices that help to hit enemy targets.

Necessary skills and experience:

• Practical experience from 4 years.
• Higher education in the field of radio engineering/radio communication systems;
• Availability of a completed practical (commercial) project
• Basic knowledge of antenna basics: impedance matching, theoretical and practical limitations of antennas

Will an advantage:

• Experience in the development (use) of RF elements such as filters, LNAs, receivers, etc.

Future responsibilities:

• Management and development of a team of RF engineers

• Development of receiving and transmitting antennas and antenna arrays in the ranges HF, VHF, UHF, SHF.
• Analysis and optimization of existing solutions
• Participation in the formation of a technical task for development
• Equipment selection and equipment testing;
• Development of testing methodology and verification of developed solutions
• Development of receiving antenna for receiving GNSS signals
• Development of transmitting and receiving antennas for sub-GHz bands li> Selection of material and participation in the development of housings for antennas.
• Analysis of test data and reports to determine whether the proposed antenna design meets the functional and performance characteristics

• Office work in Kyiv;
