Who are we looking for?

• 6+ years with Python and 4+ years in machine learning.
• Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering.
• Strong development and data science skills.
• Deep knowledge of machine learning, including supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, NLP, GenAI, and reinforcement learning.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and API integration.
• Experience with langchain/llamaindex.
• Experience in developing RAG-based applications.
• Strong analytical skills to handle big data and improve solutions.
• Great at explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• A proactive self-starter who can work independently and with the team to get things done.
• Creative and eager to explore new AI technologies.
• Fluent Polish and English.

It’s a plus if you have:

• Knowledge of semantic data models in different domains.
• Tech industry experience, especially in cloud or SaaS.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for crafting interactive chatbot interfaces.
• Background in DevOps practices.
