Today we are looking for a leading accountant for the following duties:
- keeping records of mutual settlements with buyers (extract of primary documents: accounts, acts of services rendered, acts of settlement reconciliation);
- keeping records of mutual settlements with suppliers (631 accounts, 632 accounts);
- work with primary documentation: control of the correctness of primary documents , their reliable and timely reflection in the accounting. Control of the availability of original primary documents;
- work with VAT (preparation and registration of PN/RK, PN/RK for services from a non-resident, conditional PN, work with SEA VAT, tax credit, distribution of tax credit from VAT, experience in unlocking PN/RK will be an advantage)); Preparation for submission of VAT reporting;
- accounting of bank transactions from incoming/outgoing payments in hryvnias and foreign currency on current accounts. Work with Client-banks;
- work with EDO in the "Vchasno" service, FREDO DocMan;
- accounting of OZ and MNMA. Commissioning of the OZ;
- checking of the accounting database at the end of the period every month / every quarter / every year;
- submission of reports to the statistical authorities: 1-services, 9-SEZ, 1-enterprise .
We expect our colleague to have:
- higher education ( financial, economic);
- work experience of 2-3 years;
- knowledge in the field of accounting and tax accounting of legal entities (general system of taxation, VAT);
- knowledge of BAS, UT BAS, Fredo programs, ability to work with the taxpayer's electronic office. Experienced user of Excel;
- strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, attention to detail, willingness to work with a large array of documents;
- experience with importing services (will be an advantage).
