  Basic tasks:

  • Accounting and consolidation of information regarding the company's network and server equipment.
  • Database management for accounting of IT assets, including entering new data and updating information.

  • Forming and maintaining documentation regarding commissioning, write-off, issuance and movement of tangible assets (TMC) and fixed assets (OC).
  • Cooperation with other divisions of the company to provide up-to-date information on the technical condition of equipment .
  • Maintaining the relevance of inventory and reporting on IT equipment.

  Our expectations:

  • Higher / incomplete higher technical education.
  • Knowledge of document management and the basics of accounting.
  • High level of mastery of Excel (work with formulas, analytics from several tables, knowledge of macros will be an advantage).
  • Analytical skills, organization and the ability to work for results.
  • Attention to detailand, the ability to work with a large volume of data and documentation.
