Seedify Meta Studios is looking for a talented, creative, and collaborative Lead 3D Artist to guide an extremely talented team of artists for one of the biggest Metaverse projects ever Seedworld on Unreal 5.2+.Responsibilities:Managing, rallying and developing a 3D artists teamOverseeing and organizing the art production to meet the requirements in terms of the quality of the project while respecting technical, time, and budget constraints,Building up the art direction for the project by working closely with the Art Director and the Technical ArtistParticipating with the Lead Developers and the Technical Artist in the development of the pipeline and the tools needed to complete successfully the art productionCreating 3D assets (Props, Environments, Textures…)Optimize 3D asset production pipelineRequirements:At least 6 years experience as a lead 3D Artist (stylized and realistic)An excellent knowledge of how we develop a game, the constraints, and the interactions between all the trades of the productionStrong knowledge of current 3D software (Maya or equivalent)Strong knowledge of Substance painter and Substance designer.Strong Knowledge of Unreal EngineYou have good communication skills and you are known for your art appraisal.You have a great team spirit and you are proactive.A good art perceptionA professional English proficiencyLocation:100% remoteBenefits:21 days of holidays / year + local bank holidaysSick daysBudget for training/coursesBudget towards purchasing work equipment such as laptop Show more Show less Посадовий рівень Не застосовується Тип зайнятості Повний робочий день Посадові обов’язки Дизайн, Мистецтво/Креатив і Інформаційні технології Галузі Фінансові послуги
