Responsibilities include: Analysis and preparation of legal documentation; Work with NDA, license agreements and other contracts (development, preparation, review); Providing advice on intellectual property issues; Conducting claim (pre-trial) and lawsuit work; Correspondence with counterparties ; Analysis and monitoring of current legislation. Requirements: Higher legal education; Proficiency in English (level B2-C1); Responsibility, perseverance and hard work; Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Completion of a test task; Willingness to learn and develop; Experience in legal work will be an additional advantage.
