Lawyer / Specialist of the legal support department in ISR TECH

Main responsibilities:

< li>Legal support for contractual work in the Company (development of draft contracts, development and updating of standard forms of contracts, legal examination of various types of contracts, including foreign economic contracts, etc.);
• Legal support for the functioning of the Company’s management bodies and support compliance with the current legislation of Ukraine of the Company's founding documents, amendments to the Company's founding documents;
• Legal support of the activities of representative offices, subsidiaries and other related legal entities of the Company;
• Monitoring of changes to the regulatory - legal acts that regulate the Company's activities;
• Providing legal opinions and consultations on legal issues arising in the Company's activities;
• Supporting the registration and registration of intellectual property rights in accordance with the procedure established by law;
• Legal support in the department dealing with clients (NDA with potential clients, contracts for the provision of services);
• Legal support of the contractual process with suppliers, including under foreign law;

• Periodic legal support of the HR service (preparation of documents according to existing templates, consulting HR specialists)
• Conducting expert research and consulting on specific legal issues, preparation of analytical materials and studies.

  Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master of Law from a leading Ukrainian university;
  • 3+ years of experience in civil and contractual practice law, labor law, international private law;
  • Experience in leading law firms will be an advantage;
  • The level of English is not lower than B2;
  • Strong management skills negotiations;
  • Ability to work effectively independently or under minimal supervisor supervision.
