At another stage, we invite specialists for a vacancy for a lawyer-incorporator: What will you do: registration of foreign companies (Europe, Asia, USA); annual service (continuation) of foreign companies; business correspondence with clients and business partners; advising clients on basic issues; organization and maintenance of preparation and submission of annual financial and tax reporting, interim reports; order approval of documents for transactions and individual requests; participation in business structuring using foreign companies; writing copywriting of commercial offers, tablog articles for the corporate website, etc. What we expect: higher legal education; knowledge of the English language on par with the Upper-Intermediate class; excellent business correspondence skills in Ukrainian/Russian and English; work experience in a similar position from 1 year; experience in working with English-language legal documents—the ability to compile and analyze basic corporate documents; knowledge of registration and extension procedures of foreign companies, due diligence/compliance/KYC, accounting basics; experience of working with foreign banks, experience of participation in international projects, knowledge of the basics of working with CRM are welcome. Personal qualities: excellent organizational skills; ability to work independently; inclination to pre-system work, work with documents; the ability to quickly respond to requests; high responsibility and self-organization.
