Responsibilities: to carry out methodical management of legal and personnel work in the institution, to ensure the correct application of normative legal acts and other documents in the institution; development and drafts of acts and other documents on issues of the institution's activities; to organize the work related to the conclusion of contracts, to give a legal assessment of drafts of such contracts; organization of claim and lawsuit work; to cooperate with the bodies of the state executive service, to take part in ensuring the protection of property rights and legal interests of the institution; control over the work with citizens' appeals and the deadlines for their implementation; ensuring access to public information; working in the "Electronic Court" subsystem, monitoring the receipt of documents, their processing and sending of correspondence; ensure proper accounting of incoming and outgoing documentation; preparation of orders for personnel and other areas of work within the scope of activity and competence; maintenance of established documentation on personnel issues, issuance of sick leaves. Work schedule: Mon-Thurs — 08:00 — 17:00, Fri. 08:00—15:45. Lunch break: 12:00−12:45 Full social package
