Legal support of work with banks (preparation and provision of packages of documents for opening accounts, obtaining loans, etc.);

Work related to the company's fulfillment of licensing requirements (submission of documents to the NBU, work regarding key persons, owners of significant participation, ownership structure).

Required experience for this position:

• Higher legal education;
• Work experience of 2 years or more;
• Experience in non-banking financial institutions/banks/insurance companies will be an advantage;
• Candidates with work experience as a corporate secretary are considered;
• Knowledge of economic, corporate, labor, tax, administrative legislation;
• Ability to work with legislation bases (League Law, Council) and other information and legal resources (register of court decisions, executive proceedings).

How we interact with candidates:

• Stage 1: communication with a recruiter (30 min);
• 2nd stage: communication with the future manager (40 minutes);
