In connection with the expansion of the staff, we are considering candidates for the position of Lawyer. Requirements: Education - higher (legal) Work experience - 5 years (in the field of corporate/ tax law) Knowledge of PC (programs) MS Office Knowledge of legislation Possession of a lawyer's certificate is welcome, but not mandatory. Duties: Interaction with controlling bodies and state regulators (drafting requests, responses to requests, obtaining permits, licenses, taking actions necessary for obtaining permission documents, participation in inspections, preparation of answers to questions); Corporate work - preparation of minutes/decisions of general meetings of participants, statutes, interaction with notaries, registration of newly created companies, registration of changes in constituent documents and information about a legal entity; Analysis legislation, providing opinions and legal advice; Knowledge of antimonopoly legislation; Work with non-residents (Cyprus, BVI).
