Requirements:

• 3+ years of legal experience, preferably in a sector with stringent regulatory requirements.
• Deep understanding of legal regulations affecting various types of online gaming activities.
• Experience in Due Diligence and Know Your Client (KYC) processes (both incoming and outgoing).
• Experience working with non-resident companies and foreign administrators.
• Proven track record in managing licensing processes and obtaining permits in diverse jurisdictions.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts related to the provision of specialized software solutions.
• Familiarity with restrictions imposed by regulatory bodies in different regions.
• Basic understanding of intellectual property laws and procedures for IP rights acquisition and protection.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher; Legal English is a plus.
• High-level analytical skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the company’s operations are fully compliant with local and international regulations affecting various online gaming activities.
• Oversee the process of obtaining and maintaining licenses in multiple jurisdictions, including liaison with regulatory authorities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, particularly those related to the supply of specialized software solutions, ensuring all terms are favorable and legally sound.
• Provide expert legal advice on regulatory restrictions and developments in the online gaming and entertainment industry.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with the company’s operations, especially in new markets and jurisdictions.
• Assist with the registration and management of non-resident companies, ensuring all legal formalities are adhered to.
• Manage and protect the company’s intellectual property rights, ensuring proper acquisition and registration of IP assets.
• Collaborate with foreign administrators and other stakeholders to ensure smooth legal operations across different regions.
• Maintain and organize legal documents, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on relevant legal issues and updates, fostering a culture of compliance within the company.
