A lawyer in our team will deal with the following tasks:

Court work:

• Accompanying court cases in the economic, civil, administrative process;
• Participate in court hearings, executive proceedings;
• Preparation, submission and support of lawsuits in all instances;
• Representation of creditor interests in bankruptcy cases;
• Protection of the Company's interests in the event of lawsuits against it.

Contractual and corporate work:

• Drafting and checking of contracts (contracts of supply, purchase, sale, contract, provision of services, marketing, labor, credit, loans, leases, foreign trade agreements, etc.)
• Carrying out registration actions (making changes to information about the Company in the EDR, making changes to the statutory and corporate documents, confirming beneficiaries, making changes to composition of participants, etc.);
• Legal support of work with banks (preparation and provision of packages of documents for opening accounts, obtaining loans, etc.);
• Preparing conclusions on legal issues, providing advice on legal issues of the company's activities to employees;
• Preparing requests and providing answers to requests from law enforcement and other bodies, enterprises, institutions;
• Accompaniment of inspections by law enforcement and control bodies, appeal of inspection reports;
• Preparation and approval of internal documents of the enterprise (orders, regulations, etc.);
• Registration of Trademarks.

Required experience for this position:

• Higher legal degreeof the world;
• Work experience of 5 years or more;
• Work experience in banks or non-bank financial institutions;
• Knowledge of economic, corporate, labor, tax, administrative legislation, ability to work with legislation bases (League Law, Council) and other information and legal resources (register of court decisions, executive proceedings).

Goals and tasks for the probationary period:

• Independent support of all court cases involving the Society;
• Confident skills in preparing legal opinions at the request of the manager;
• Licensing and registration process support.

1 stage: communication with a recruiter online (about 30 minutes);

2nd stage: communication with your future manager online or in person (about 1 hour).
