Lawyer Лімасол (Кіпр) Requirements Doctor ofLaw (J.D.) oranequivalent diploma from anaccredited law faculty; Admission tothe Bar Association inthe relevant jurisdiction; Work experience asalawyer inthe field ofinternational law; Deep understanding ofinternational norms, treaties and agreements; Excellent analytical, research and communication skills; Ability towork together inrapidly changing conditions and effectively solve multiple priority tasks; Fluency inEnglish (additional languages are aplus); the ability toquickly and indetail understand the peculiarities ofthe regulated law ofother countries; Knowledge ofthe legal systems ofother countries isdesirable (knowledge ofEnglish law, legislation ofthe UAE, Singapore, Africa, CIS countries will beanadvantage); Responsibilities Provide legal advice and support oninternational issues, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws; Conducting research oninternational legal issues and norms insupport ofthe decision-making process and strategic planning; Development and consideration oflegal documents, contracts and agreements ofaninternational nature; Closely cooperate with interdisciplinary groups inorder toprovide legal assistance and support inthe implementation ofvarious business initiatives and projects; Monitoring ofchanges ininternational laws and regulations and early consultation ofinterested parties onissues ofpotential impact onthe organization; Preparation ofsmall reports with analytical information onissues oftaxation, legislation onlicensing inforeign jurisdictions; Legal support for concluding contracts, including inEnglish; International contracts (contracts, IT, etc. mainly under the law offoreign countries); Transactions with trademarks, royalties; Coordination, signing and execution ofcontracts oninternational projects; Document circulation, including the organization ofapostillation, legalization and translation ofdocuments; Support for opening accounts inforeign jurisdictions; Establishment, reorganization, aswell asgeneral corporate support offoreign companies.
