Hello, our future colleague! We are looking for an ambitious and purposeful Manager for the search of land plots, real estate objects, who will join our team of Sales Managers of the SMART GROUP! Duties: Search for land plots, real estate objects in various locations according to needs/criteria of investment projects. Conducting an initial technical assessment, assessing commercial attractiveness, forming conclusions about land plots, real estate objects in accordance with the needs/criteria of investment projects. Providing proposals for the purchase of land plots, real estate objects within the limits of investment project plans. Conducting preliminary negotiations with owners of land plots and real estate objects that potentially meet the needs/criteria of investment projects. Collection and provision of necessary primary materials and legal documents. Monitoring of prices on the commercial real estate market in relevant locations. Collection of analytical information about land plots and objects real estate, accounting. Support of related processes of land acquisition, real estate objects. Requirements: Experience in a similar activity. Excellent communication skills. Readiness for business trips. High level of organizational skills. What we offer: Official employment.
