Laboratory equipment engineer in Farmak

We are looking for a Laboratory Equipment Engineer.  

Main goal /task in this position:validation and technical support in the proper condition of laboratory equipment and implementation/support of laboratory IT systems.

Main responsibilities:< /strong>

• Develops protocols and conducts qualification tests of laboratory equipment
• Conducts risk assessments and updates the validation master plan for laboratory equipment
• Forms reporting documentation on laboratory equipment qualification work
• Develops specifications of user requirements (USR) for equipment or computerized systems planned for purchase in accordance with investment budgets of divisions
• Develops plans for maintenance of equipment and manages relevant orders for maintenance in CS "SAP TOPO"
• Controls the condition, correct installation and use of laboratory equipment DD&R
• Organizes and accompanies the repair and maintenance of laboratory equipment of units
• Provides data for ordering standard samples / materials for the performance of qualification works, monitors their expiration date and actual availability for the performance of qualification works. Makes requests for the purchase of spare parts and materials for maintenance, modernization and repairs of laboratory equipment of DD&R.
• Initiates deviations detected in the operation of laboratory equipment or CS, participates in the development of CAPA, performs work on their implementation

Work schedule:Mon- Fri 08:00-17:00 (by the way, every Friday we have a short working day)

We expect from the candidate:

• Higher education (metrology, quality, standardization and certification, biotechnology, chemical technology and engineering, theoretical and applied mechanics)
< li style="font-weight: 400">Knowledge of the requirements and basic principles of GMP and other regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Skills in the operation, maintenance and qualification of laboratory equipment.
• Work experience: from 1st year.
