Requirements: knowledge of organoleptic, physical, physico-chemical methods of food analysis (titrimetric, gravimetric, refractometric, etc. types); ability to prepare working solutions (minimum skills and understanding of analytical chemistry); high level of mastery of the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel); willingness to learn and develop, initiative, stress resistance, literacy; work experience in food production.
