Labor standardization engineer in VENTS, PrAT / Ventilyaciyni sistemi

We invite a Labor regulation engineer to become part of our large and friendly team.

Requirements:

• Experience of working in production by profession for at least one year.
• Knowledge of methods of labor regulation, production organization, forms and systems of labor payment, methods of analyzing labor indicators.
• Ability to work with technological documentation.
• A confident PC user (MS Office), preferably 1C.

• Establishment of technically justified standards of working time for various types of work, calculated on the basis of labor standards, results of analysis of working time costs (timesheets, photos of working time).
• Analysis and correction of current standards.

• Compilation of reporting on labor rationing.
• Entering calculated labor cost norms in 1C.
