Responsibilities: Determination of standards for the duration of the work process and scope of work in the time interval; Study and analysis of the components of work processes to establish optimal standards; Development and implementation of methods labor regulation; Monitoring the implementation of labor regulations and making corrections if necessary. Requirements: Work experience in a similar position from 1 year; Education - specialization in the field of labor regulation or related areas; Knowledge of labor regulation methods and the ability to use them; Ability to analyze information and make decisions ; High responsibility and result orientation; Confident command of a computer.
