Safety Engineer in HLIBNI INVESTICIYi, TOV

TDV "Ivano-Frankivsk Hlibokombinat" — is part of the holding "Bread Investments" (production of bakery and confectionery products)

We are looking for an energetic safety engineer

Responsibilities:

• monitoring of compliance with applicable legislation, rules, standards, norms, regulations, instructions on labor protection, fire protection and environmental protection (staff more than 650 employees)
• participation in checking the technical condition of the equipment, determining its compliance with the requirements of safe work, if necessary, taking measures to stop its operation according to the established order
• developing draft plans to improve conditions with OP
• developing instructions on labor protection, training programs for workers, fire protection and environmental protection
• conducting briefings on labor protection of the company's employees, keeping logs
• budgeting and organization of internal and external safety training work and interaction with third-party organizations
• control of work permits, participation in commissions, within the limits of their competence
• control over employees' compliance with technological processes, rules for handling machines, mechanisms, equipment and other means of production, using means of collective and individual protection in accordance with the requirements of the OP
• participation in the investigation of cases of industrial injuries, occupational or non-occupational diseases, studying their causes, analyzing the effectiveness of measures introduced to prevent them
• li>control of the correctness of applications for overalls, special food, protective devices, timeliness of provision of personal protective equipment, spending by divisions of the enterprise of appropriations for OP
• timely preparation of reports according to established forms
• knowledge and fulfillment of requirements normative legal acts on OP, rules for handling machines, mechanisms, equipment and other means of production

Requirements:

• higher technical education
• experience working with basic office programs, in particular Excel
• attention, responsibility, systematicity, desire to develop, logical thinking and orientation to result
• ability to work in a team, interaction with heads of structural divisions, ability to listen to management
• experience of working as an occupational safety engineer for more than 2 years (at a manufacturing enterprise - will be an advantage)
• experience of passing inspections of external regulatory bodies (will be an advantage)
