Department: Logistics Process Improvement Department Vacancy description: Conducting photo timing observations (zones/areas) of the distribution center (RC); Calculation of time norms, production norms and piece rates; Compilation of maps of logistics processes by departments of the RC, a block of process diagrams at the RC "AS IS" / "HOW IT SHOULD BE" model, presentations (PowerPoint); Calculations and analysis: actual and normative productivity/labor intensity by RC zones; piece rates and average wages of current time norms and production norms; analysis and control of the implementation of implemented norms; Participation in the implementation works on the development and improvement of salary forms and systems, material and moral incentives; Calculations of the optimal number of personnel necessary to fulfill the planned and actual volume of processed goods.
