What to do:

• Introduction of the planned work schedule in IS KIS, verification of planned schedules in IS KIS.
• Allocation of personnel according to schedules, familiarization of employees for signature.
• Registration of all types of absence of employees in IS KIS, conducting documentation of all types of absence at the workplace, registration of all types of vacations, daily control of deviations of actual exits according to the planned schedule.
• Control of applications for recruitment.
• Transfer of employees to other areas within terminal/depot, etc., or within the boundaries of the nearest terminals/depot, registration of downtime.
• Communications with personnel: registration of recruitment, transfers, dismissals and sending documents to the personnel department.
• Explanation to employees of controversial issues related to salary and bonus calculation.
• Conducting questionnaires/surveys at established divisions.

We expect from you:

• higher education
• experience in a similar position: from 1 year.
• knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) - at user levels (VPR, Summary tables)
• multitasking
