Requirements: higher education (accounting and auditing, economic or financial); successful experience of working in a similar position for at least 2 years (experience of working as a professional accountant will be an advantage); knowledge of the legislation regulating the calculation, accrual and accounting of wages, other types calculations by employees, bonuses, taxes; knowledge of PC, 1C 8.2; experience of working in a similar position for 2 years; responsibility, attention to details. Responsibilities: control, preparation and processing of monthly payments; analysis of monthly payments/personnel expenses; support of the payment system of labor; maintaining a database for calculating employee bonuses and calculating bonuses according to motivational and bonus schemes; calculating the monthly bonus of employees based on valid documents; maintaining a staff schedule.
