Labor economist in KIYiV HLIB

Key requirements:

• Knowledge of wage forms and systems, material incentives, rationing, labor organization, the basics of production technology, methods of analyzing labor indicators;
• A confident PC user (MS Office), 1C;
• Experience in production by profession for at least one year or a desire to learn is desirable.

Functional duties:

• Maintenance of timesheet records in the 1-C program;
• Compilation of shift schedules;
• Compilation of orders for additional payments, bonuses for employees;
• Accounting labor and salary indicators, calculation of the planned salary fund, analysis of FOP indicators and compilation of statistical reporting established by the Company.
• Establishment, analysis and adjustment of technically justified norms of working hours for various types of work, calculated on the basis labor standards, the results of the analysis of working time costs (taking time records, photos of working time);
• Amendments to the staff list of the structural subdivision of the Company.
