We invite a professional Economist to our team. We are looking for a specialist who will join the management and optimization of work organization, as well as become part of a large team of the leader of the media market of Ukraine.

Main duties:

1. Support of staff lists:

• Preparation and updating of staff lists of enterprises;
• Control of changes in staff rosters.

2. Labor organization:

• Development and maintenance of orders regarding organizational structures;
• Formation of salary schemes.

3. Stimulating personnel:

• Preparation of orders on bonuses, material assistance, job allowances.

4. Analytics and planning:

• Analyzing the payroll of employees and divisions;
• Planning the payroll and number of employees.

Professional skills:

• Experience of working as an economist, preferably in the areas of labor organization or support of staff rosters.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations regulating the field of labor remuneration (welcome).
• Skills to work with large volumes of data, analyze information and draw conclusions.
• A confident user of MS Office, in particular:Excel: writing formulas, creating summary tables;
• Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio.
• Experience with 1C:ZUP and 1C: Document management will be an advantage.
