L2 Support Engineer/SRE in Raiffeisen Bank Ukraine

Your future responsibilities:

• Support of the system for opening and maintaining current and deposit accounts
• Monitoring of the system
• Analysis of alerts
• Fixes and updates of the system

Your skills and experience:

• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
• Ability to handle escalations and provide timely resolutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective internal client interaction
• Adept at documenting issues and solutions to enhance knowledge base and support efficiency
• Effective communication and teamwork with a problem-solving mindset
• Good knowlege of Incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis
• Experience with Windows, macOS, Linux, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
• Professional experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL, Oracle
