Key responsibilities and tasks:

• Reception and processing customer inquiries by mail, as well as help in solving issues of colleagues that come through the corporate messenger;
• Escalation of complex incidents to profile departments with a correct description of the situation;
• Providing quick and courteous user support;
• Providing clear and understandable instructions for solving problems.

Necessary knowledge and competences:

• Technical background (JIRA, Confluence, cmd, dev tools console);
• English not lower than pre-intermediate.
