L2 Network Support Engineer in Link Group

We are looking for a talented L2 Support Network Engineer to join our team!

• Customer support experience in production environments.
• Technical experience with LAN/WAN operations (e.g., DNS, Open SSL, virtualization, etc.),  Linux (e.g., Redhat) operating systems, as well as VMware or equivalent.
• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP protocols.
  
• Knowledge of DNS and protocol in detail.
• Understanding of SSL/TLS.
• Some experience of Network Security (e.g., Web Application Security, VPN, Malware, Application Firewalls).
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Able to communicate technical information to customers.
• Good analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail.
