Your responsibilities Identification and prioritization of incidents Escalation to those responsible Performing initial analysis Providing statuses for incidents Monitoring IT systems and equipment Updating documentation Requirements Confident command of the Windows OS Confident knowledge of PC and MS Office programs Basic understanding of IT infrastructure Understanding of the principles of working with appeals: reception, processing , registration, systematization, prioritization Ability to work and deal with technical documentation, technical thinking Friendly communication and the ability to clearly express one's thoughts, sociability Ability to find a solution to a problem independently, initiative, responsibility Benefits Experience of working in a large systemic international business: work in a large international company, which creates a diverse and inclusive environment for the professional and personal development of employees.
