- Be the first point of contact for all technical inquiries through the help desk tool;
- Conduct primary technical investigations of all issues identified in monitoring systems or reported by clients;
- Make an initial assessment of incidents, monitor progress according to SLA and resolve them according to Service Level Agreement guidelines;
- Transfer unresolved issues to the second and third line support service as needed;
- Provide support and troubleshoot various computer hardware and software issues;
- Have a solid understanding of infrastructure, systems, servers and network support.
We need your professional experience:
- Work experience in IT at least 1-3 years;
- Experience supporting end-user devices in an enterprise environment;
- Ability to administer Windows 10-11, preferably knowledge of MacOS and Linux;
- Understanding of endpoint security, including patch management, antivirus and encryption;
- Basic experience with end-user infrastructure systems such as Active Directory, SCCM, and VPN;
- Analytical, problem-solving and problem-solving skills;
- Basic networking skills;
- Basic knowledge or experience with task management systems;
- Proficiency in English at the Intermediate / Upper-Intermediate level.
