Training and Development Specialist (L&D Specialist)
Your area of responsibility will include:
Development and coordination of the local training calendar (Market, Factory).
Organization of trainings and seminars (online/offline): logistics, communication, interaction with providers.
Support training and development managers and line managers in matters of team development, coordination of individual and team development programs.
Development and implementation of local communications (e-mails, publications on the internal portal for employees, printed materials, manuals, etc.)
Administration of processes in SAP Success Factors LMS (registration, cancellation, maintenance of data relevance).
Mixed work model - 50/50 (office work / remote work). During the period of martial law in Ukraine - the format of "remote work" with a visit to the office for business of critical need
Working in the Kyiv central office on Podil with an area equipped for work duringwind alarm

Who are we looking for? As a professional, you have:
Higher education (preferably in the fields: sociology, psychology, human resource management)
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience - working in an international company (FMCG) will be an advantage
Practical experience coordinating trainings, webinars and other events.
Experience of cooperation with external providers (tenders, evaluation of proposals, financial discipline).
Fluency in the Ukrainian language and an advanced level of English (Upper-Intermediate and above)
Experience with MS Office programs (Excel, Power Point, Word), experience with Canva will be an advantage
Experience with SAP and electronic document management systems (MeDoc, DocumentOnline).
