Training and Development Specialist (L&D Specialist)

Your area of responsibility will include: 

• Development and coordination of the local training calendar (Market, Factory). 

• Organization of trainings and seminars (online/offline): logistics, communication, interaction with providers. 

• Support training and development managers and line managers in matters of team development, coordination of individual and team development programs. 

 
 

• Development and implementation of local communications (e-mails, publications on the internal portal for employees, printed materials, manuals, etc.)

• Administration of processes in SAP Success Factors LMS (registration, cancellation, maintenance of data relevance).

Who are we looking for? As a professional, you have:

• Higher education (preferably in the fields: sociology, psychology, human resource management)

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience - working in an international company (FMCG) will be an advantage

• Practical experience coordinating trainings, webinars and other events. 

• Experience of cooperation with external providers (tenders, evaluation of proposals, financial discipline). 

• Fluency in the Ukrainian language and an advanced level of English (Upper-Intermediate and above)

• Experience with MS Office programs (Excel, Power Point, Word), experience with Canva will be an advantage

• Experience with SAP and electronic document management systems (MeDoc, DocumentOnline).
