Therefore, we are looking for an L&D Project Manager (programs for the development of soft/hard skills), who will act as a Senior expert in the creation of complex educational products. Your future tasks: Full cycle of work with educational programs of various levels of complexity: formulation of requests and goals, creation of educational programs of various formats , methodological development of content, support of participants and measurement of results. Deep immersion in the business context, collection of training needs, expected business results, formation of training program metrics. Work with external partners in the framework of the creation of training programs (including communication with foreign partners). Work with training participants within the framework of programs and courses (consultations, support, resolution of requests, homework, activity monitoring). Complex independent management of educational projects: control of tasks, project execution schedules, coordination of project team work (e-learning, video production , designer, additional methodologists if necessary). It will be an ideal match if you have: You have 3 years of experience as a training and development manager/ business trainer/ L&D Specialist. You have expertise in the development of trainings and software development programs/ hard skills together with experts in the areas. There is knowledge of tools and methodologies for the development of competences. The ability to develop comprehensive training programs from scratch aimed at achieving defined goals (idea, concept, content structure, measurement of expected results). Both internal programs and together with external contractors. Project management skills (planning and decomposition of tasks, calculation of required resources, working with the project team, budget, implementation control). Skills in managing communication channels within the framework of educational projects (including high literacy level). Constant monitoring of new tools and innovative approaches.
