To conquer new heights, we need a team of the best. Therefore, we are looking for an L&D Project Manager (Digital direction) who will act as a Senior expert in the creation of complex educational products.

   Main tasks:

• Development of various educational products of various formats and complexity
• Systematic selection of training programs for the development of hard skills based on individual development plans and group requests< /li>
• Deep immersion in the business context to collect training needs and form training program metrics
• Comprehensive independent management of training projects: work with customers, control of project tasks and schedules, coordination of the work of the project team
• Communication with external and internal experts to create training programs
• Work with training participants: consultations, support, resolution of requests, activity monitoring
• Analysis of feedback participants, calculation of training program metrics and formulating proposals based on them
• Communication and building partnerships with external schools and certification centers.

 It is important for us:< /strong>

• You have 3 years of experience as a training and development manager/ business trainer/ L&D Specialist
• You have expertise in the development of training and development programs hard skills
• You know how to develop comprehensive training programs from scratch, aimed at achieving defined goals (idea, concept, content structure, measurement of expected results)
• You know methodologiesconducting various training activities and experience in their implementation (multi-module courses, electronic courses, educational videos, marathons, etc.)
• Present knowledge of a wide range of digital tools for training and the ability to apply them
< li>Able to work with training requests, identify customer needs and formulate training objectives)
• Have the ability to analyze data, identify trends and draw informed conclusions to improve training programs and processes
• Have an understanding IT certification process, including organizational aspects, documentation processing and ensuring compliance with standards.
