Currently, a separate company has been set aside to share its experience and expertise externally, remaining an IT support for those who bring light and contribute to the restoration of the country. Responsibilities: Determination of training and development needs of employees Organization and development of training projects, launch of new training programs (soft & hard skills) for internal and external audiences Organization of the process of technical certification of employees Monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of training programs Creation of a knowledge sharing system (identification of relevant topics, search for trainers, methodical assistance with content development, filling of the knowledge base with educational material, etc.) Creation of career maps and learning paths (creation role matrices, development of road maps) Participation in the construction of the IT Academy Implementation of internship programs for students, building partnerships with universities and educational institutions Participation in other projects (English language courses, employee evaluation, personnel reserve, etc.) Projects that will need to be implemented: Projects/internship programs (internship) and practices for students IT Academy Mentorship and mentoring programs Certification of employees (Amazon, Microsoft, etc.) Institute of internal trainers (knowledge sharing) Requirements: Complete higher education Work experience in the field of L&D from 3 years Work experience in IT will be an advantage Experience in creating and managing L&D projects with 0Experience in developing and organizing training programs for external and internal audiences (IT training will be+)Knowledge of the market of local and international providers of training programs, courses and speakersExperience in planning and organizing the employee certification process (for example, Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, etc.)Development and organizational skills training events of various formats and scales (trainings, workshops, conferences, webinars, hackathons, e-courses, etc.) online/offlineKnowledge of the principles of evaluating the effectiveness of trainingExperience of working with LMS systems will be an advantageSkills in building and managing a career map & competence matrixExperience in creating educational content from 0 (trainings, e-courses, guides, checklists, presentations, newsletters, feedback questionnaires, etc.) We appreciate those who accept challenges.
